USACi will provide the following before and during the event:

• USACi will provide a mailing to all known members in your area to promote the event. 
• USACi will also list your event on the Official USACi Web Site to aid in promotion of the event.
• USACi will provide all paperwork, and registration forms at no cost to you.
• USACi will provide judges and staff needed to keep the event running smoothly.
• USACi will provide all meters necessary for RTA and SPL judging.
• USACi will provide all trophies and prize money (when applicable)

You will need to provide:

• A suitable location to hold the event.  You will need to make sure the area is large enough to accommodate all competitors, lanes and spectators.
• Local promotion is encouraged to increase the interest in the show.
• Some form of protection from the elements is appreciated.
